About GMAT
The Graduate Management Admission Test (GMAT) is a computer adaptive test which assesses a person's analytical, writing, quantitative, verbal, and reading skills in standard written English. It is given to students who want to pursue a graduate degree in economics, management and business related fields. GMAT is administered in secure, standardized test centers in more than 110 countries around the world.
Who accepts GMAT ?
More than 5000 programs at 1500 universities and organizations in 82 countries use the GMAT exam as part of the selection criteria for their programs. Business schools use the test as a criterion for admission into a wide range of graduate management programs, including MBA, Master of Accountancy, and Master of Finance programs. The GMAT exam consists of four main sections—Analytical Writing Assessment, Integrated Reasoning, Quantitative, and Verbal.

Validity of GMAT score
GMAT scores are valid for five years, and are available for reporting for up to 10 years. Scores over 10 years old, are not available.
